1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, reading our magazine, or supporting us via Ko-fi, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Nature of Payments & Sponsorships

• Payments, tips, and financial contributions processed via Ko-fi are strictly voluntary.
• Financial support (buying the magazine or tipping to sponsor our work) helps fund our independent publication and content creation.
• Payments do not constitute a mandatory fee for accessing basic public information, but rather a voluntary contribution/purchase.

3. Optional Services (Subtitles and Transcriptions)

• Supporters who sponsor our work or purchase the magazine may also commission us for additional language services, specifically video/audio subtitles and transcriptions.
• Service pricing, scope, and delivery terms are agreed upon via Ko-fi or direct communication, billed according to the rates published on our Ko-fi page.
• Commissioning service work is optional and distinct from general voluntary contributions.

4. Intellectual Property

• All magazine content, articles, digital publications, branding, and original media produced by Cojocaru Ionela (PFA) remain protected under applicable copyright laws.
• Purchasing the magazine grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and view the content. Redistribution, reselling, or republication without explicit written consent is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The operator (Cojocaru Ionela PFA) provides the magazine and content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for technical interruptions, third-party payment processor downtime (Ko-fi/Stripe/PayPal), or indirect losses arising from the use of our digital content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Gorj County, Târgu-Jiu, Romania.
